Refund policy

All Sales Are Final on Graphic Kits

Because our graphic kits are custom-made and/or produced to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any graphic kits.

That said, if there’s an issue with your order (damage in transit, print defect, missing items, or the wrong item was received), please contact us right away and we’ll make it right.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Apparel Returns (Unopened Only)

We only accept returns on apparel that is unopened, unworn, and unused, with original packaging/tags intact.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.

  • Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • All graphic kits (no returns / no exchanges)

  • Opened, worn, washed, or used apparel

  • Items returned without original packaging/tags

  • Final sale / clearance items (optional—remove if you don’t use this)
